Legal:Terms of service

These terms apply to every job and care package you buy from Elselab.

Last updated 11 October 2026

About these terms

Elselab is the trading name of MUSTAFA BAYSAL PR Elselab, Riste Vukanovića 4, 11050 Belgrade (Zvezdara), Serbia. Tax ID (PIB) 113821455, registration number (MB) 67109511. In these terms “Elselab”, “we” and “us” mean that business.

These terms form the agreement between us and the business that buys our services (“you”). By accepting a proposal, paying an invoice or giving us access to your systems, you agree to these terms.

If your written proposal says something different from these terms, the proposal wins for that piece of work.

What we do

We design, build, repair and maintain automation for businesses: workflows in tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make and Airtable, AI integrations, notifications, reports and the connections between your apps. Work is sold as one of the following:

  • A job: building a new automation or repairing one that already exists, billed at our hourly rates against a written estimate.
  • A care package: optional monthly maintenance after a job, at a monthly price agreed in writing.

Consultation, proposals and scope

Every job starts with a free 15-minute call. After it, you receive a written proposal that lists what we will build or fix, the estimated hours and cost, and the expected timeline. We build what is in the scope. Anything outside it is a change request and gets its own estimate before we do it.

Proposals are valid for 30 days. Timelines start once you accept the proposal and we have the access we need, and depend on you answering our questions in reasonable time. Most jobs are completed within 5 business days.

Fees and payment

  • Jobs are billed at $100 per hour for native integrations and $200 per hour for custom development, unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • The estimate in your proposal is our honest forecast. If we expect to go over it, we tell you and get your approval before doing the extra hours.
  • When payment is due for a job, upfront, in milestones or on completion, is set out in the proposal.
  • Care packages are billed in advance at the start of each billing month.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless the proposal says otherwise, and do not include taxes, which are added where they apply.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. If a monthly invoice is unpaid 14 days after it is due, we may pause the care package until it is paid.

Third-party costs are yours to pay directly: software subscriptions, hosting you own, message and phone fees, API and AI usage, and similar charges. If your proposal says we cover a cost, such as AI usage up to a set limit, anything above that limit is billed to you at cost or to your own account.

Online payments through PayPal

For online payments we send you a private payment link on elselab.io. You pay through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card, without needing a PayPal account. The amount, currency and what it covers are shown on the link before you pay.

  • Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own user agreement and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.
  • PayPal emails you a receipt as soon as the payment goes through. We can also send you an invoice on request.
  • A payment link can be for the full amount, a deposit or a final payment, as agreed in your proposal. Each link can be paid once and stops working after the date shown on it.
  • If a payment is declined, nothing is charged and you can try another card or account.

Delivery of services

Everything we sell is a service delivered online. Nothing is shipped. We deliver by building or repairing the automation in your own accounts and confirming by email when it is ready for you to check. Delivery times are in your proposal; most jobs are completed within 5 business days of you accepting the proposal and giving us the access we need.

Care packages are delivered over each paid month, as security updates, fixes and check-in calls, up to the amounts included in your package.

Care packages

Care packages are optional. Each package includes the security updates, number of fixes per month and check-in calls listed on our care packages page at the time you sign up, and covers the automations listed in your care agreement. A small fix is a repair or change to a covered automation that takes up to about one hour; a medium fix takes up to about three hours. Unused fixes and calls do not carry over to the next month. New automations, new integrations, rebuilds and larger changes are estimated separately at our hourly rates, and we ask before doing any work that is not included.

Packages run month to month. You can cancel at any time and the package ends at the end of the month you have already paid for.

Your responsibilities

To do the work, we rely on you to:

  • Give us the access, accounts and information we ask for, and keep it accurate.
  • Hold the right licences and subscriptions for the tools we build on, and follow those tools’ own terms.
  • Make sure you are allowed to collect and use the data your automations process, including your customers’ consent where the law requires it.
  • Tell us promptly when something changes that could affect an automation, such as a renamed field, a new form or a new account.
  • Keep your own backups of business-critical data.

You must not ask us to build anything unlawful, deceptive or that sends unsolicited messages in breach of anti-spam laws.

Access to your accounts

When you invite us to your tools, we use that access only for the agreed work. We prefer to be added as a team member or collaborator rather than receive your password. You can remove our access at any time, and we recommend doing so when a project ends if you are not on a care package.

Third-party platforms

We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller for Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Make or any other platform we work with. Those platforms can change features, limits, prices or APIs, or suffer outages, without notice. We are not responsible for those changes, but on a care package we adapt your automations to them using the fixes included in your package, and estimate anything larger.

Delivery and acceptance

We test every automation before handing it over. You then have 7 days to check it against the scope and tell us about anything that does not work as described. If you do not report a problem in that time, or you start using the automation in normal operation, the work is accepted.

For 30 days after acceptance, we fix any defect against the agreed scope at no extra cost, even without a care package.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the automations, configurations and content we build specifically for you, and your data always stays yours. We keep ownership of our general know-how, templates and reusable building blocks, and you get a permanent licence to use any of them that are part of your setup.

If you end a care package or the relationship, we hand over your data and the setup, with access and any documentation we hold, within 5 business days.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, your customers’ data and anything we see in your systems confidential, and use it only to do the work. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose. We will only mention you as a client or publish a review from you with your permission.

Data protection

When our work involves personal data you control, such as your customers’ details, we process it only on your instructions and for the agreed work, keep it secure and delete or return it when the work ends. A data processing agreement is available on request. How we handle personal data about you is set out in our privacy policy.

Warranties

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. Automations depend on third-party services and on data we do not control, so we cannot promise that they will run without interruption or error, or that they will produce a particular business result.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can stop any work at any time by telling us in writing. Refunds for stopped work follow our refund policy. Either of us can end the agreement straight away if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked to. Sections on payment owed, ownership, confidentiality and liability continue after the agreement ends.

Payment disputes

If you are unhappy with a charge, please email us first; we can usually sort it out faster than a dispute. You can still open a dispute or claim through PayPal’s Resolution Center or your card issuer, under PayPal’s Buyer Protection rules where they apply. We will respond to any dispute with the proposal, our correspondence and a record of the work delivered.

Customer service

Email [email protected] with any question about a proposal, payment, refund or the work itself. We reply right away during business hours (Central European Time, Monday to Friday) and aim to resolve every request within 2 business days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new proposals from the date shown above. If a change affects an active care package, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you are based gives you the right to go to your local courts. Before going to court, we will both try in good faith to resolve the issue by talking it through.
